Very friendly

I was greeted as I drove up. The Tech was courtious and professional. Service was completed in a timely manner. The visit was pleasant.

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and 45,000 mile service. When my truck was done, (after 4 hours) the oil change and tire rotation had not been done. There was a sticker on the windshield which showed it was due for an oil change. The console was very dirty from someone putting their forearm on it. The service manager was notified. He gave a free oil change and tire rotation. This experience was not very professional.

Never will I take a last appt before a holiday weekend! Left front tire makes a loud scraping noise. All 4 of my custom stainless steel valve stem caps (purchased to match custom rims) were replaced with black plastic caps.

I carried the truck in for a recall on the front grill and to have the guide lines on the front and rear cameras checked since they had disappeared. The mechanics apparently broke the clips on the front grill and I had to leave the truck for over a month before it was repaired. When I did get the truck back, I now have no Onstar related services. No internet, no navigation, the Onstar doesn’t work. I have purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from walker- jones but your service department is sub-par at best. Unless I change my mind, I have purchased my last vehicle from you.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the transmission checked. I was told by Josh everything was fine and it didn't act up for him when he drove it. It continues to shift jerky if you slow down too faxt or sometimes when you are coming to a stop. Not too thrilled with the service at this location.

Blake Boyd was awesome ! He called and kept me updated on what was being done and when service was completed.

First I just want to say That Blake in the service dept is the absolute best!! He went above and beyond his job title to help me!! He is the only reason I gave a 5 star. Y’all need to give him a raise because when I tell you he stayed on top of my situation and would check back with me to make sure I was being taken care of, he did!! Thank you Blake so much for all your help but I can’t say that about the sales team in the Chevrolet dept. I guess they didn’t want to make a sell but Brett and Jake (from State Farm) jkjk at the Mega Center Chrysler Jeep Dodge sure went right to work on getting me in a vehicle!! So thank you all for all your help!!

Oil change completed very quickly. Everybody was polite and helpful. Still trying to get the door pocket pad replaced since the speaker was replaced right after we got the car.

Easy in and out. Kept me informed of work being done. Let me know what I needed to do in the future. I will be back

It did not take long to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was there maybe an hour. Also has a big screen tv to watch or you can snack or use wi-fi while you wait. Very nice waiting area.

Scheduling sucks,it has never failed. why have customers have to wait all day for an appointment scheduled for 10 and not get out until 4 the customers talk to each other and everyone says the same thing ,i try to find anyone to do the job but sometimes you just have to go to the dealer and you know also they are going to over charge you

Arrived early, and they took vehicle back. Resulting in leaving early.

On May 12, I paid $1569 for repairs done on my car to replace modules/sensors because the check engine light was on. On July 28, I paid $313 to service my car and also the check engine light was on again. After replacing the tires, I took it back on Aug 6 for alignment and again had sensors replaced because of the check engine light and paid $483. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on again along with other warning messages so I took it back. I picked it up on Sept 4 and paid $2500 to replace fuel injectors. Sept 7 the engine light came on again and while stopped at a traffic light it started vibrating and warning message came on about driver assist being disabled, so I just drove it on to the dealership and left it.....again! After 3 months and $4900 I still don't know what's wrong with the car and it is worse now than when I first left it in May. I would like to get my car repaired without spending another $4900, or getting another vehicle, neither of which I can afford.

I recently took 2 of my vehicles in to have the oil changed and to have the tailgate fixed on my truck as it wouldn’t go down. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and my services were done in a very timely manner on both occasions. The Walker Jones folks are always so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I love getting service here but my bill was alot more than usual for the same service i usually get. Its getting a lil too pricey

wrap warranty proves to be worth the cost- we were on the way to a meeting in north florida when we had an issue- within the hour they had a good idea what the problem was, had us in a loaner and on the road- we were nearly 45 minutes early for our meeting !!

That's always the service what's great

Service was great. I was disapointed because you did not have a "Lonner" that I could use. I walked to Enterprise and rented a car for a day.

Greeted with a smile. Blake explained what services being completed and approximate time of service. Clean waiting area.

Had a knocking under driver side front. Mechanic found problem and repaired. My GM Sevice Josh Morgan was very helpful in solving my problem.

Mr.Roy is the best. Very nice and helps you anyway he can. The work they do at the collision center is great.

Had my 1st free oil change and part put on my 2025 Equinox. After leaving service center I noticed my tire pressure did not have 41 pounds. I did not have a new oil filter. The service center said my tire pressure is automatically checked and new oil filter would be replaced at no charge. At first I said when I booked the appointment I had 85% on oil filter and if I had to pay for one I would wait till next oil change. Then when I took the car in attendant said it came with oil change at no extra charge.

Troy and everyone in the service area were great and the entire process was very smooth. The price was also super competitive.

Service was performed in a very timely manner. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bill for service was ready and readily available when I went to pay. I ask that the front tag holder be installed and it was installed as promised. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

The dealership was ok. The scheduling process is a JOKE! I scheduled my appointment the week before online. I followed up at 8am with a call to the dealership to confirm what time my appointment was that day(previously scheduled at 9am online). They had absolutely no record of my appointment. Furthermore, I was informed that it would be best to call for an appointment-rather than scheduling online. To make matters worse, the 9am slot was not available. The deal was gracious enough to book me at 3pm on the same day. Why offer online scheduling-then tell you it’s better to call in to schedule?

I was at the service department. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Super easy drop off, pickup, and the staff we dealt with were great!

Great job! Took my truck in for a 90k mile preventative maintenance. Was given a loaner as requested and the next day truck was ready first thing in the morning. I do wish I was given an approximate total prior as it ended up costing $15** . For the maintenance.(way more than expected). But runs great and ready for our long road trip.

I feel as though the charge scale need to be reevaluated based on the labor that is actually performed.
